Who we are
MedGrid Technologies runs this website and the MedGrid pharmacy system. Contact: hello@medgrid.bd.
What we collect on this site
When you request access: your name, pharmacy name, area, mobile number, optional email, number of shops, the plan you are interested in, and your message.
Why we collect it
To contact you about MedGrid and to set up your pharmacy. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored with our content provider, Sanity (servers outside Bangladesh), and seen only by the MedGrid team.
Shelf photographs
In the product, shelf photos record where packs are. They are not a live camera and are not used to count stock. They belong to the pharmacy.
Retention
We keep a request for up to 12 months if you do not become a customer, then delete it.
Your rights
Email hello@medgrid.bd to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
